The design phase of the Çamlıca Business Center, which is in the project phase, consists of three sections: facade and landscape arrangement, interior design and common area arrangements. Vehicle and pedestrian circulation was taken into consideration when making landscape arrangements. In the facade design, aluminium cladding systems were combined with the corporate red colour of Koç Holding to provide a dynamic and industrial appearance. The lobby area was renovated and an amphitheater was designed, free working areas and recreation areas were created. Red color is combined with wood to create vivid and flowing circulation areas. The terrace area, which was formerly unused, was transformed into a common area with interaction and recreation areas and revived with landscaping. Graphic design and orientation elements were prepared in accordance with the design within the same dynamism.
