The Şişli Doors Akademi project, which hosts professional cooking classes and amateur cooking workshops, has a modern and simple design.Glass, wood and steel materials which are compatible with the language of the kitchen industry were preferred. The lounge area is designed both for the students' leisure time and to be used for special events. With the use of permeable design elements, ongoing cookery training could be followed by visitors.
