The Kızılada Project has been designed by Net Mimarlık in two phases on a land of approximately 40000m² which is a building permit land. In the first stage, existing pier, restaurant, cafe, bar and lounge sections on the island has been renovated in three scales as architecture, interior design and landscape design and a spa section has been added to the existing buildings. In the second stage, accommodation function has been added to the island through the bungalows with a holistic design approach. Within the scope of the project, sustainable energy use is targeted and the units are able to generate all the energy needed.
