The project site covers an area of 7300m2. A total of 500 m2 (gross) indoor space has been used with the additions made to the basement and attic over the license project file. The additions to the floor plans were handled in terms of the building-exterior space relationship, and the facade design, building environment and garden arrangements were studied.

In the office structure; Two entrances are designed for the ground floor and basement areas. The ground floor plan consists of VIP entrance area, lounge and meeting areas. The basement floor is designed to be an open office, while the 1st floor and the penthouse are divided into Executive office areas. A modern approach has been determined in façade design and material selection.
